I work with experienced professionals who look successful on the outside but feel quietly misaligned on the inside.This isn’t theory for me. It’s terrain I know well.

I spent over 16 years in corporate environments — IBM, Paytm, Zeta, SPAR — across high-pressure roles where performance, responsibility, and progression mattered. I started at ₹500 a month, worked my way up to ₹30 LPA, built assets, stability, and credibility.

On paper, everything was right. But internally, something didn’t sit well. I kept delivering. I kept moving forward. Yet I couldn’t ignore a growing sense that I was living a version of success that wasn’t fully mine.

I wasn’t burned out. I wasn’t ungrateful. I just couldn’t clearly answer one question anymore: “Why am I doing this?” That question stayed with me. Over time — through deep self-inquiry, reflection, and hundreds of one-to-one conversations with professionals at similar crossroads — I began to notice a clear pattern.

Most career decisions are driven by three internal voices: 
When the first two run the show for too long, success starts to feel empty — even when nothing is “wrong.”

Today, my Mission is simple and focused. I want to help 1 million+ people identify which voice has been running their career, understand why, and reconnect with the one they’ve been ignoring — so they can make decisions with clarity instead of confusion. I don’t tell people what to do.

I’m not a therapist. I’m not a certified coach. My work is experience-based, grounded in lived transition, corporate reality, and structured reflective conversation.

That’s exactly why we start with a conversation. Many people gain clarity in one session.Others realise they need deeper work. There’s no pressure either way.

3. Do you tell me what decision to take?

No. I won’t tell you what to do.I help you see what’s actually driving your decisions — so you can decide consciously.

4. Why is this priced the way it is?

Because this work requires time, depth, and presence. I work with a limited number of clients and keep engagements private, focused, and distraction-free. You’re paying for clarity — not content, tools, or access.

5. What if I need someone with formal credentials?

Then I’m not the right fit. I’m not a therapist or certified coach. If formal credentials are what you’re looking for, I’ll gladly refer you to someone qualified. This work is experience-based, not credential-based.Some people value that. Others don’t. Both are valid.
